The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rawan at the front desk. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well located. The spacious lounge and balcony offered a stunning mountain panorama. The traditional breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful garden. The overall experience made us feel at home and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has an ideal location, closely situated to many areas such as Beirut, Jbeil, and chouf. the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, making the stay a memorable one. the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, combined with traditional yet simple breakfast, create a comfortable and satisfying experience. the lounge and balcony offer a stunning mountain panorama, adding to the overall ambiance.
Some rooms close to restaurants nearby might be subject to noise.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the reception. They assisted me with everything I needed and even went out of their way to help me with recommendations of places to see in the city. I loved the location of this hotel; it was very central and close to all areas including the airport. Moreover, the hotel facilities were fantastic, from the spacious lounge to the breathtaking mountain panoramas from the balcony. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. Finally, the breakfast was traditional yet delicious!
There was nothing I didn't like. This hotel was perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel amenities were pretty decent, with an amazing view of the scenic mountain range. Our room was clean and spacious with all the basic necessities in place. The staff was warm and courteous, we appreciate their hospitality. The hotel was also located in very close proximity to the nearby restaurants and shopping centers.
Our stay was a disaster. We were on a romantic escape, hoping to spend quality time with each other, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and well-located. the breakfast was delicious and satisfied most tastes. the lounge area and balcony offered a great view of the surrounding area.
The noise outside the hotel was unbearable, especially during the evenings. the room we stayed in did not offer a view of the scenery we expected.
